Because we have to reserve dates and times booking fees are non-refundable. No exceptions. All pricing will incur a local tax out of Seattle, including the tasting fee. $1000 booking fee reserves your date. A service fee of 18% will be added to each catering order. This is not a gratuity. Half the remaining balance due 90 days prior to your event, final balance due 30 days prior to your event. All buffets include disposable plates, napkins, and flatware.
